What we collect

Nothing. The app has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. It makes no network requests with your data: the audit runs entirely inside the app on your phone, tablet or computer.

What stays on your device

Each audit's report, workbook, letters and results are stored in the app's storage on your device so you can open them again from History. This includes bank or card statements you audit: they are read on the device and never sent anywhere. Delete any audit, or all of them, from History at any time. Removing the app removes everything.

The app also remembers, on the device only: the categories and names you choose for payees, each vendor's claim window, the details you sign letters with, and a short log of errors (what went wrong and where in the app, never your files or results). The error log leaves the device only if you copy it into an email to support yourself.

The Android app turns off automatic cloud backup of its data, because audits hold financial information. To keep a copy or move to a new device, use History → Save a backup.

When you share

If you share or download a report, workbook or letter, it goes only where you send it, using your device's own share sheet or file system.
